With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Mark Shaw is a seasoned professional dedicated to serving the Delmarva community. As the Owner and President of ArchiTechs IT Services, Inc., Mark’s vision is to provide outstanding IT services to CPAs, Law Firms, and Small-Medium Medical Practices on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.
Mark specializes in designing fast and stable networks, securing computer systems, protecting and backing up critical business data, and offering world-class tech support both remotely and on-site.
Mark has a passion for training employees on how best to leverage AI to get their work done faster and using collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
